Loganholme
Half way between the Gold Coast and Brisbane in a prime location is the Logan Hyperdome Shopping Centre with so much to offer.
The Hyperdome has all your large major retailers and departments stores as well as local small business. Banking, financial institutions, health insurance, Police Beat and Australia Post also reside there.
For local commuters catch any one of the many buses from the Transit Centre at the Southern end of the Hyperdome.
Many business and offices are located in the Loganholme district - it is a very central and convenient place for light industrial, retail and service based businesses and their customers.
At night time Loganholme comes alive with the many fun activities to enjoy. Choose from one or more of the many various cuisines the restaurants and café’s have to offer - you can find just about any type of food you wish for. Loganholme is located just off the Pacific Motorway some 30 kilometres south of the Brisbane CBD.
The suburb is intersected by the Pacific Motorway and is well located to access major infrastructure in the Logan area. The Logan Hyperdome is nearby, as are a number of public and private schools including John Paul College and Griffith University's Logan Campus.
The suburb has some relatively high quality brick and tile housing on good sized allotments, including the gated Logandale Estate adjoining the Riverlakes Golf Club. Most houses are low-set, weatherboard, brick or hardiplank with large, open places found between suburbs in the area.
Many young families live in Loganholme and while most people work outside the area, the Logan Hyperdome and other retail areas also provide employment for Logan residents.
