There are two ways you may submit a rental application form to our Agency.

• Go to the desired property webpage
• (ie: Renting / Properties to rent / search for desired property
• On left of page is ‘Property tools’, Choose ‘Apply Now’
• This will bring up a universal 1form.com.au rental application that may used with us, OR for a small fee may be saved in 1form.com.au website to be reused as often as you wish’ - saving time for you if you are applying for several properties.
• PLEASE NOTE - WE STILL REQUIRE YOU TO COME INTO OUR OFFICE FOR IDENTIFICATION PURPOSES AND TO VIEW TENANCY AGREEMENT PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE OF THIS APPLICATION.

• Download and print following PDF Tenancy Application Form
• READ APPLICATION FORM in FULL Prior to Filling out details
• Fill out all questions asked
• PLEASE NOTE: DO NOT SIGN ANYWHERE ONTHIS FORM - this must be signed in front of our Property Manager
• Come into our Office with All Identification and documents requested for viewing
• PLEASE NOTE - YOU MUST VIEW A COPY OF THE TENANCY AGREEMENT PRIOR TO SIGNING THE APPLICATION FORM. ONLY THEN WILL AN APPLICATION FORM BE ACCEPTED FOR PROCESSING.
